Your international flight will arrive at Entebbe International Airport. After clearing customs and collecting your luggage, you will be met by your driver for transfer to your hotel in Entebbe.

After breakfast your driver will take you to Entebbe International for your light aircraft flight to Kihihi airstrip. You will be picked up at Kihihi airstrip for your drive to Ishasha Wilderness camp near Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Situated in the remote sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park on the banks of the Ntungwe  river, this intimate tented camp will allow you to truly experience the African wild. The camp is ideally situated as a base to explore the park.

Head out on a game drive in search of the rare and famous tree-climbing lions as well as other species. The park is believed to host one of the largest populations of hippo.

Set out on a game drive. Bird watching will introduce you to some of the 610 species of birds. You can also enjoy excursions to Lake George’s floodplains or to a Kazinga village to learn about local customs and culture.

Today your driver/guide will take you from Queen Elizabeth National Park to Bwindi  Impenetrable Forest. The drive should take half a day. Pass through local villages and tea  farms along the way. This afternoon arrive at Asilia Erebero Hills located on the northern edge of Bwindi. The lodge offers both privacy and easy access to a preferred gorilla trekking location.

Today you will trek to visit one of the parks mountain gorilla families. Bwindi is home to half the world’s mountain gorilla population.

Today you may choose to lounge in the pool, enjoy a massage. Take an excursion to the  Batwa experience or take a nature walk.

After breakfast your driver will transfer you to Kihihi airstrip for your light aircraft flight back to Entebbe. You will be picked up at the airport and brought to your day room to await your  over night international flight. Enjoy a meal, a dip in the pool or a nap before your evening transfer to Entebbe International Airport for your flight home.
